addedModified the oxygen device system: Advanced Oxygen Tanks can now automatically supply oxygen to the character, but they cannot automatically refill the oxygen mask; the mask now requires the user to actively initiate oxygen intake.
changedIncreased the transfer rate at which the oxygen mask draws from the oxygen tank. (Conceptual explanation: The oxygen within the mask is treated as compressed air, requiring a larger volume of oxygen from the tank to fully recharge.)
removedAdvanced Oxygen Tanks will no longer supply oxygen when they are empty.
removedAdvanced Oxygen Tanks will no longer erroneously display the large oxygen gauge circle when they are empty.
