Out of Action changes
Interactions UI made a bit more legible, with less overlap.
Decapitated heads:
Now have an icon when nearby (as they were quite easily lost in the chaos).
Will show player names and have glowing eyes while the player has not respawned. When they respawn the eyes will fade and name will be removed.
TTK throwing should be smoother again.
Charging backup weapon attacks while Ghost Camouflage active now correctly updates crosshair.
Dragon Boost:
No longer increases damage received (oversight with rework).
Restores 25 aux on activation, starts draining aux short duration after.
Gains some horizontal speed burst on activation.
No longer cancels drop shield.
Tether AOE from 5 > 6 meters, decapitated heads are suspended in place while attached.
