Arena:
Added: additional skills for fighters.
Balance: fighters will now have 2 utility skills, and 4 offensive skills.
- BugfixEnabled again.
Advanced Combat:
Change: Buff cooldowns now update every tick compared to once per second.
Change: Might Power renamed to Skill: Might
Change: Heavy Attack Damage renamed to Skill: Heavy
Change: Chance for Interrupt renamed to Skill: Interrupt
