Patch Notes - Steam v0.9.67
Arena:
- BalanceMultiplier to Module Experience gain increased to 1.2, from 1.1 when actively playing the arena.
- BalanceMultiplier to Item Find Rating increased to 1.2, from 1.1 when actively playing the arena.
Advanced Combat:
New: Skill Harden Up - Grants a Shell charge when taking a significant hit. (Significant hits deal at least 10% of a fighters health)
New: Skill Summon Skeleton - Summons a skeleton minion that will fight alongside the fighter.
New: Skill Summon Wolf - Summons a wolf minion that will fight alongside the fighter, Always inflicts bleed.
New: Skill Summon Bats - Summons a bat minion that will fight alongside the fighter. Summon a horde.
New: Diseased has been implemented as an Necrotic Ailment.
New: Dungeon now has extra details for fighters my click and holding over the fighters info block.
- BalanceSkill: Hand of Hir'Rile has its damage increased based on the fighters Lightning Resistance.
Balance: Skill: Hand of Hir'Rile now applies shock to the opponent.
Balance: Poison Debuff stack scaling has been buffed to use Log division of the stack count, Instead of just division of the stack count.
Balance: Skill: Head Start is no longer chance based. Instead now consistently makes the fighters first action faster.
- BalanceIndividual elements now have their own indidividual resistances. Resistances have been changed.
> Magic Resistance will only increase a restance up to 40%.
> Elemental Resistance will only increase a resistance up to 60%.
> Individual resistance will increase up to 80%.
Bugfix: Basic Attack now shows as a buff again.
Bugfix: Fire, Cold, Lightning, Holy and Necrotic damage multipliers was incorrectly being applied twice.
Bugfix: Elemental Damage bonus wasn't correctly applying to Fire, Cold or Lightning.
Bugfix: All forms of Fire/cold/lightning/holy/necrotic resistance was missing functionality.
Bugfix: Skill: Fury is an passive skill again
Bugfix: Skill: Heavy now starts at 1.0 multiplier again.
Bugfix: Skill: Head Start was not checking the chance to activate.
Bugfix: Additional Multi-Action should now work from non-racial traits.
Bugfix: Skills now properly apply base damage when using Skill Priority.
Bugfix: Skills are no longer considered Basic Attacks when using Skill Priority.
Bugfix: Skill: Hand of Hir'Rile now damages the caster for 33% of the damage dealt.
UI: Most Buff tooltips are now 250 wide compared to 200. Some are now customized larger.4
Explore:
Bugfix: Explore progress now works from all sources instead of just RACE.
Hero:
New: Toggle unlocked at Expedition level 1000 that enables faster catching up to your best Expedition level.
Balance: Expedition enemy level gain rate is now based on the square root of the highest level beat.
Dungeon:
Bugfix: Skill Priority down button now works.
- BugfixSkill Priority no longer needs to be double-clicked to fix new skills from showing.
Bugfix: Skill Priority loadout numbers and positions should update correctly now.
Bugfix: On loading the game, Skill priority now works without requiring the player to open the window once.
Inventory:
Removed: Affix Additional Rank of All Inventory Rolled Items, And the 7 item type affixes associated.
- AddedAffix % Increased Level of Newly Created items, And 7 more for the associated item types.
- BalanceRings Normal loot table roll Additional Hero Health value increased to 2.5, from 2.
- BalanceRings Normal loot table roll Additional Hero Damage value increased to 1.25, from 1.
- BalanceRings Normal loot table roll Additional Magic Find value increased to 2, from 1.5.
