Demo Updates - Coming Soon!

Chapter 2 of Moonfell: the Tides of Aether has been in the proverbial oven for some time, and I'm excited to be able to share it soon!

"How soon is soon", you ask? A fair question. I am estimating another month, give or take (so at the time of writing that would put us at late February).

While the development cycle has taken a bit longer than I'd have liked - owing to some complications in my personal / professional life, as well as good-old-fashioned scope creep within the project itself - my hope is that it will indeed be worth the wait.

The near-future plan is to release Chapter 2 and its related QoL / content updates as an update to the existing Demo, at which point it will be in what I'd consider a "final" state (issues or bugs notwithstanding). In the long-term, Chapter 3 and all content thereafter will only be made available in the fully-released game. And to be honest, we're probably looking at Q3 or Q4 of 2026 for that to come to fruition.

That said, I'm hoping this upcoming Demo update will tide players over (no pun intended!) until the finished project launches.
