This patch finishes re-creating the icons for the conspiracy theory iceberg in the akashik intel menu. The new icons have a better style and vibe than the previously implemented icons which were batch generated and therefore of a lower quality.
This patch also fixes the issue where the memo panel could stretch if the name of the conspiracy was too long.
