Balance Adjustments

The main goal of this balance patch is to buff the Techs with relatively low win rates and usage.

Fire Badger

  • ATK 24 → 25 (+5%)

Developer's Note: After the nerf of Napalm, Fire Badger's lower base ATK became a bigger weak point, so we decided to slightly increase Fire Badger's ATK

Arclight

  • [Shockwave] Attack Range modifier -20 → -5

Developer's Note: We hope the buffed \[Shockwave] can make Arclight a bigger threat to small units.

Fangs

  • [Grenade Launcher] Attack Range modifier 0 → +5

Developer's Note: The \[Grenade Launcher] made Fang's projectile travel slower, so a small range increase became necessary.

Steel Ball

  • [Kinetic Charge] Every 9m moved, Attack Range increases by 1m → Every 7m moved, Attack Range increases by 1m, with a maximum increase of 100.

Developer's Note: The Steel Ball's \[Kinetic Charge] is relatively weak in 1v1 matches, but can sometimes be too strong in 4-Player Brawl and 2v2 matches. Therefore, we have made the range increase a bit faster, while also setting a cap on the overall range increase.

Overlord

  • [Field Maintenance] Price 200 → 150

Tarantula

  • [Field Maintenance] Price 200 → 150

Vulcan

  • [Sticky Oil Bomb] Price 250 → 200

Rhino

  • [Photon Coating] Duration 25s → 30s

Sledgehammer

  • [Electromagnetic Shot] Price 400 → 350

  • [Armor-Piercing Bullets] ATK modifier +225% → +250%

Developer's Note: After the nerf to Sledgehammer's \[Mechanical Rage], the previous nerf to \[Electromagnetic Shot] and \[Armor-Piercing Bullets] seems too large.

Farseer

  • [Missile Interception] interception efficiency increased by 40%

Mountain

  • [Smoke Bomb] Price 350 → 250

  • [Photon Loop] Duration 15s → 20s

War Factory

  • [Photon Coating] Duration 25s → 30s

Abyss

  • [Photon Coating] Duration 25s → 30s

Equipment

  • [Photon Coating] Duration 25s → 30s

  • [Tank Production Line] Now allows up to 7 productions

  • [Mustang Production Line] Now allows up to 8 productions

  • [Steel Ball Production Line] Now allows up to 6 productions

Developer's Note: The production limit will primarily affect the performance of these equipments in 4-Player Brawls and 2v2 matches, with almost no impact on 1v1 battles.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed an issue where Fire Badger's [Scorching Charge] could cause data errors

  • Fixed an issue where Wraith's [Degeneration Beam] sound effects could not be controlled by the volume slider

  • Fixed an issue where typing text in the chat box sometimes conflicted with hotkeys

  • Fixed an issue where some reward pop-ups would repeatedly appear

  • Fixed an issue where the Dimensional Rift Room could not be shared
