Hi Survivors!
Another month has passed in the wasteland, and we’ve been spending our time turning this project into a polished, cohesive experience. While we’re always looking for new ways to make your survival more difficult, this month was really about "finalizing the loop" and making sure that from the moment you start a mission to the final screen, everything feels tight and responsive.
Here is a look at what we've been working on:
New End Game Screens
We want your victories (and your crushing defeats) to feel impactful.
Unique Campaign Art: Each campaign now features its own unique art for end-game screens, plus a secret cutscene for players who successfully complete all missions!
Glory for All: We’ve implemented achievements and titles for every player at the end of a mission, even if the mission failed.
Back to the Action: Once the screen is cleared, the game now brings players directly back to the lobby to set up for the next mission.
The Survivor’s Guide
Knowledge is power when the world ends. We’ve been refining the entries in the Survivor's Guide to ensure you're never left in the dark:
Full Library: We have filled out all entries, including several hidden ones for you to discover.
- Clearer IntelWe’ve updated the wording for all entries to be easier to understand and more in line with what you'll see in-game
Major Bug Fixing !!
Most of our time this month was dedicated to the less glamorous—but vital—task of bug hunting. Some specific areas we are cleaning up include:
Enemy Targeting: Ensuring mutants are actually aiming where they should be.
Controller Navigation: Improving the flow of moving through menus and the world via gamepad.
Card Mechanics: Fixing issues with card combos and stacking to keep combat fair.
As always, thanks for sticking with us through the apocalypse! Stay safe out there!
