Summary
A lot of work has been put into this update. So much that I don't have patch notes, but I do have bullet points of new content. Features
Voice acting! Kaelviir now has voice lines that play as you interact with the game.
Heroes now have a gearing system. As they level up, their gear will improve.
All new music. Experience the new and improved soundtrack.
All new building upgrade system. You can experience this by upgrading the forge. The demo is limited to level 2, but in the full game each building will have 5 levels.
Changes
Skipping cutscenes now shows a summary.
NUMEROUS optimizations. Seriously, a lot of things were done in this regard. There's still a lot more to do. Visit the graphics settings menu if you'd like to tweak the settings to your liking.
Various QoL improvements were added. Including pre-selecting an ability before it comes off cooldown.
Balancing
Removal of damage ranges, now everything deals a flat amount of damage. This means less RNG.
Challenge boss loot chests have been balanced to drop less often, but give more rewards, proportionally.
Bug fixes
Rare soft lock conditions have been squashed.
