Added Fiery Speedometer effects when hitting higher speeds
New Attachment - Critical Velocity
New Challenge - Top Speed
Enemy balancing - increased enemy health scaling after stage 12
Player balancing - increased grapple range, adjusted rocket recoil, damage radius scaling, katana
Tons of UI improvements, including: kill crosshair, level number, damage numbers, weapon ammo, menu transitions, and more
Fixed critical bug being unable to click anything after pause -> end run
