Gung Beetle changes
Changes:
Capped the max speed bullets can travel, there were cases where getting high powered cores with extra long barrels, bullets would travel too fast for accurate hit detection.
Penetration has had it's calculation reworked, high penetrating bullets have had a buff, and the difference between regular bullets and low penetration bullets is now greater.
Ricochet bullets have had their bounce calculation tweaked, now when hitting obstacles they should bounce through them less, this should decrease their chances of destroying themselves by bouncing inside walls.
Optimisation changes to bullet generation, this will make it slightly faster to calculate when huge amounts of bullets are being shot at once, particularly with super fast cores.
Bug fixes:
Building from storage was checking if you had enough money to build that factory.
If you put a weapon factory into storage it wasn't getting rid of the old parts unless you built another factory after it.
Quitting a run and returning to the main menu wasn't resetting your current run kills or the timer.
Some localizations were set incorrectly in the build systems.
The localization for the active ability wasn't pulling the correct translation.
