The update adds new radio voices in multiple languages, expanded audio settings, performance and stability improvements, and various bug fixes including enhancements to modding and vehicles.
Highlights:
New radio voices in English, Finnish, French, German, Japanese, Polish, Spanish and Turkish. The radio messages now sound more natural.
There are now 6 different voices to choose from in the settings for the radio, and the talking speed can be adjusted
The mission location is now read out over the radio in all languages (when playing in the country’s language)

New features:

There are now 8 different voices to choose from in the settings for the radio, and the talking speed can be adjusted

Performance and stability:
Performance improvements when generating radio messages
Further minor stuttering issues have been resolved (more fixes are already in the pipeline)
If the radio volume is set to 0, the audio for radio messages is no longer generated at all, to improve performance, particularly on low-spec devices
Fixed crashes when generating radio messages
Fixed a crash when spending or receiving research points
Fixed crashes when expanding the map and connecting the base to roads
Fixed crashes that could occur particularly in the mornings and evenings when many AI vehicles were spawned or despawned
Fixed a crash when exiting the game
Modding:
Skins now work correctly on modded vehicles
Fixed a bug where modded vehicles were also displayed in the skin preview for subsequent vehicles
Fixed a bug where the vehicle category was not loading correctly for modded vehicles
Fixed a bug where Steam Workshop tags were not being set automatically and correctly for modded vehicles
Other:
Fixed another bug that caused emergency vehicles to get stuck at junctions (due to the complexity of the sheer number of different junctions worldwide, this is an ongoing process and we ask for your understanding if issues still arise at individual junctions)
Fixed a bug that large vehicles looked through the ceiling in garage parking spaces We will continue to be automatically notified of crashes and will keep an eye on them. Further stability improvements will follow in the future.
