Emergency corridors

One of the most requested features is finally making its way into the game with this content update! Cars now correctly give way to emergency vehicles and form emergency lanes to ensure they reach their destination safely.

Expanding and deleting bases

We are introducing a new base editing menu. Here, you can delete existing base entrances, expand the base area as desired, and delete old bases. This gives you significantly more options later in the game to enlarge or customise your location, or to completely delete old locations that have been replaced by new bases.

New water tender

A new water tender has been added to the fleet. It is built in the American style and helps to bring large fires under control more quickly.

Improved pathfinding

Emergency vehicles now travel to their destination at higher speeds and more efficiently. To achieve this, they can now make a U-turn immediately, rather than having to drive along long stretches of roads before they can turn around. In addition, pathfinding now takes speed limits into account, so that main roads are prioritised over shorter residential streets with low speed limits. Furthermore, the opposite side of the road is now also accepted as a destination, making unnecessary detours a thing of the past.

Map Update

We are updating the map data to the latest version from June 2026 and correcting some incorrect junctions in the process. If you have noticed any errors in the map data or would like to actively improve it, you can do so at any time on OpenStreetMap. With every map update, your changes will then be reflected directly in the game.

Balancing

Based on your feedback, we have made further improvements to the financial balancing in the late game.

Further performance improvements

We have made fundamental changes to the architecture of our UI system, resulting in a noticeable improvement in performance.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed incorrect junctions and roads

  • Fixed a bug where some base entrances for vehicles were never used

  • Transport to prison or hospital is no longer necessary if the mission takes place directly there or in the immediate vicinity

  • Fines at traffic checks are now displayed in the correct currency

  • Fixed a bug where employees were no longer using certain objects in the base

  • Fixed fog between tiles

  • Minor UI improvements

  • Improved balancing when purchasing new vehicles

  • Fixed a bug where staff would leisurely walk to the vehicle despite an emergency

  • Fixed a bug where multiple vehicles could not be assigned a task simultaneously if they were in the same category but not exactly identical

  • Fixed a bug where you could not scroll through the list of bases

  • Fixed a bug where missions were triggered on pavements instead of railway tracks

  • Fixed a bug where some hint texts remained on screen permanently

  • Improved translations

  • Ukrainian community translation added (Many thanks to Protsenko Dmytro!)

We’re delighted to see how much you’re enjoying the Content Update!
