As per usual we're posting the monthly changelog of the updates we've done in between August to September
Additions:
Added new base weapons - Baseball Bat and Ray-gun
New enemies - Guard Skeleton, Soul Eater, Purple Guy
A lot of new spells - Grenade Launcher, Ricochet, Fast-shooting, More Bullets Per Bullet, Passthrough Bullets, Piercing Bullets, Doppleganger and more
Online leaderboard for Endless mode
Added a Tutorial
Added Options
Added Deck building
Enemies take damage from being slammed into walls
Shadows
Effects system
Other stuff:
Reworked all old enemies - Red skeletons now stomp when player is close, Green ghosts attack in hordes and etc
Removed enemy collision damage
Fixed pathfinding
Fixed enemies getting stuck
Fixed enemies teleporting through walls
Trail effects indicate when an entity can deal collision damage
Reworked a lot of spells
Spells that you need to hold now have a green circle around the cursor
Active spell effects are shown under the player
Updated visuals of spells
Better physics
Music system
Overall bug fixes
Made the friend friendlier
And other changes we might've forgot
In the next 3 months we'll more focus on bringing out more of what we want the game to actually be, levels, story elements as well polishing things like main menu and other things out, although generally we just work on whatever we want, be it adding more spells, more weaponary, it will all come.
