Genome Guardian 2 changes
mostly pushing this out to fix a bug introduced in the last update.

Chips:
you'll notice some hints at future content in DATABASE\\CHIPS π
"Explosion Duration +200%, Area Duration +100%" has split into 2 different chips.
Explosion Duration +200%: 35 β 30 Biomass.
also shortened some names (ex. "Burn Duration +5s on Burn weapons" β "Burn Duration +5s" - the slot warnings make it clear already that it only applies to weapons with Burn)
π¨ IF YOU ALREADY HAD "DISCOVER ALL CHIPS" AWARD/ACHIEVEMENT, IT WON'T BE REVERTED. It's not a bug.
Changed text like "Evasion +#%" to "Evade #% of hits" to better communicate that it's not a single stackable stat but rather a separate, individual evasion check.
π¨ FIXES
In 0.6.2 I tried to fix something with hover behaviour that ended up breaking a number of other things, including but not even remotely limited to:
LOADOUTS: merely hovering over a nanobot loadout would load it.
hovering over a weapon to see its stats would often just hide the stats.
adjusted the hover hitbox of a lot of things to feel better.
"Sanguine" Guardian: there were a number of ways that you could still fire when using the "Fusion" Core.
