changedβš– BALANCE"Mole" Guardian: alright, I know, it's a lot more interesting of a concept than it is to actually use , but, maybe it'll be a bit more interesting if that "puzzle" wasn't as easy to solve. It does still come with Heat Gain -100% though which is a HUGE ADVANTAGE . Maybe it'll change one day but, for now: Damage +50% β†’ +30% Knockback +50% β†’ +30% Firerate +50% β†’ +30%
changedβš– BALANCE"Stabilizer" Mod: Takes 3s β†’ 2s to reach maximum Accuracy increase (buff).
changedβš– BALANCE"Lance" Mod: Now charges 50% further (buff). This should make it a decent movement option now too, even if you're not trying to stab Microbes.

Lots of the work for it is already done though, and a whole lot of stuff is gonna be coming your way when 0.6.0 hits.

  • Powerpolyps: a faint sound now plays when one appears.

  • DepositsUpdated spawn sound.
  • Unlock Conditions:

    • "Wings" Modstolen by an unreleased Guardian - changed to "have at least 100 Speed during a dive".
    • "Moon" Modstolen by an unreleased Mod - changed to "eliminate 3000 Microbes with Hitscan weapons."

πŸ”¨ FIXES

  • Weapon Hover Stats: Burn symbol now fades out if value is 0 ("x").

  • "Tractor" Barrel: Hitscan shots won't move forward now (they'll still rotate to face aim direction).

  • "Ammunition" Core: the unused Cooling Rate stat now says "Cooling Rate" (crossed out) instead of "x".

  • "Snare" Guardian:

    • Explosions, Areas & Flaks will now trigger when hitting Deposits.

    • Projectiles stuck to Microbes now won't grow when the Microbe inflates.

  • "Maw" Guardian: Will now eat Deposits.

  • Unlock Conditions:

    • "Crossbow" Hulltext updated to match trigger.
    • "Psion" Hulltrigger updated to match text.
    • "Biofuel" Corefixed unlock condition trigger.
  • "Director" Mod: now affects BESTS in RECORDS menu properly (won't fix bests retroactively).

  • "Metronome" Mod: Flak & Split pellet Damage now calculated correctly when this Mod is equipped.

  • Weapon AGTT "Bubble Blaster": would sometimes not show Gene-adding warnings in SHOP.

  • DATABASE Chip Tab Filter Buttons: The Core one now properly updates to match your current Core.

  • Disabled Core-Related Stat Text: Now the crossed-out text and accompanying symbols have the same opacity (looks much nicer).

  • "Symbols Only" Keyword SettingFixed some keywords displaying full text when they shouldn't be. (there will still be cases of this but many are intentional)
  • Hitscan: Keyword now uses proper colour & symbol.

  • Fixed some more cases of tooltips being stuck (ex. when changing tab via Q/E).

  • Finally fixed that annoying bug where you hover a DNA over a DNA slot to discover a new weapon, but it doesn't say "DISCOVER!" (if you drag it from the top downward).

  • A handful of translation improvements.
