In this dev talk, I want to talk a little about what I did over the past week, and a little bit into the future.
Last week, I launched the friend and foe free demo on Thursday, with minimal content gating so everyone can enjoy a full game. Had a few playing it, which I really appreciate. Pushed a balance patch over the weekend, and will continue to monitor how it goes. I also updated the steam capsule with another set of image, which I think fits the game better.
Focus of this week is to continue fixing bugs & adjust balance instead of new content, although I do have some thoughts on making each character's defensive capability more unique, more on that later. Also, I plan to spend some time to figure out distribution and how to get the game out there. If anyone have ideas please comment here, or join my discord to chat.
One last thing, I have started the commission process to replace the steam capsule with actual art ːsteamhappyː Might be a few week before it's done, but I am very excited about it. It does mean that this game has cost me more money than it has earned for now, but not super worried about that yet.
