Version 0.8.15 Balancing Patch Notes
Minor Updates:
Added basic German localization.
Soul Reapers max health reduced by 3.5% and they now gives small rewards on death like normal enemies.
Adjusted enemy spawns to make the jump from Act I to II less drastic.
Adjusted leveling speed to give you approximately 1 more talent before fighting the Act I boss.
Vampiric Mutation healing on enemies was reduced from 5% max health to 4% max health (lasts 5 seconds).
Adjusted the Lizard Healer Mini Boss to pause more between heals to make him more manageable.
Reduced Lizard Healer Mini Boss area heal from 75 + 2.5% -> 65 + 2.5% (triggers every .5s).
Updated a few talent names and descriptions for clarity.
Rage Low HP Damage talent global damage increased from .35% -> .45%.
- Rage Free Burst talentchanged free burst from every 5s -> every 4s.
Rage HP Regen talent changed from 5s -> 6s and now gives triple regen from bosses as well.
- Axe Throw Extra Charge talentremoved the -1 pierce drawback.
- Axe Throw Haymakerchanged +25% throw range -> +1 pierce.
Removed 20 weaker Barbarian AA talents to make it easier to build into the other ones.
Barbarian AA Stun Chance 1 changed to: +15% damage, +20% medium stagger chance
Barbarian AA Stun Chance 2 changed to: +15% damage, +10% medium stagger chance, +5% heavy stagger chance
Barbarian AA Stun Chance 3 changed to: +50/100% total damage on medium/heavy stagger
Updated Low Health Whirlwind Quest so Mini bosses count as 3 stacks, and the reward total % damage was increased from 15% to 20%.
Lowered requirement for Fervant Axe Throw Quest from 16 kills to 12.
Lowered requirement for Leap Restraint Quest from 100 kills to 80.
Lowered requirement for Low Health AA Kills Quest from 18 to 15, and changed the Runic Defense chance from 5% to 8%.
Changed the Basic Attack Burn reward to apply burn on all basic attacks instead of only during rage.
Bug Fixes:
Improved a rare issue where the demon boss goes AFK during the fight.
Improved a rare bug where enemies might get stuck in place.
