New Items:
Sweeping Strike Gloves: Enemies take +15% total global damage from you if you have basic attacked them in the last 3 seconds.
Finishing Strike: Using an ability while all other abilities are still on cooldown grants it +25% total damage.
Final Strike Pendant: Using and ability while all other abilities are still on cooldown takes 2s off of it's cooldown (5s cooldown for this item).
Combo Dagger: After using an ability, gain +20% total basic attack damage for 2.5s.
Greater Combo Dagger: After using an ability, gain +35% total basic attack damage for 2.5s.
Swift Regeneration: +60% health regen if you haven't been hit in the last 2s.
Brief Respite: Heal 2% max health whenever you stagger a mini boss or boss.
Quick Strike Boots: Using an ability while all abilities are off cooldown grants that ability +25% total damage.
Synergy of the Damned: +10% health regen and 5% shield gain for 3s when hit, stacking up to 3 times.
Exhausted Posturing: Using an ability grants temp max health equal to 5x the ability's cooldown.
Conquerer's Form: Gain 35 Temp Max Health for 5s when you kill/assist kill an Elite or Mini Boss (up to 30 stacks).
Masochist Gauntlets: +3.5% total global damage for 3s when hit (up to 6 stacks).
Breastplate of Warding: Gain 3% max health as shields when you kill/assist kill an Elite or Mini Boss.
Temporal Orbs: Health Orbs lower a random ability cooldown by 0.8s.
Orb Momentum: Health Orbs give +7% attack speed for 5s (up to 5 stacks).
Orb Spawner: Basic abilities have a 25% chance to spawn a Health Orb when used.
Orb Speed Burst: +10% movespeed for 3s when you collect a Health Orb (doesn't stack).
Brutal Impact: +1 stagger level on your next Basic Attack when you collect a Health Orb (doesn't stack).
Orb Shield Burst: +5% Max Health as Shields when you collect a Health Orb.
Focused Encore: +40% total ability damage when using the same ability twice in a row.
Valorous Healing: Heal 2% max health when hit (3s cooldown).
Minor Updates:
Added Temp Health description to Almanac.
Added a Glossary button to the talent picking screen, so it's faster to look up keywords if needed.
Updated the Max Health stat in expedition stats and high scores to include Temp Health amounts.
Slightly nerfed Lizard Healer Mini Boss max health and healing amounts.
Bosses now have +40% max health.
The max shields you can have is now 5000, and shields decay faster while above 2000.
Heals from allies now grant a 40% heal reduction on future heals from allies for 4s (this applies to enemy healers as well).
Ice Mage Ice Front damage was lowered from 225 -> 150, but now gives 2 charges back at a time.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed an issue where lava elementals could occasionally spawn on the forest tileset.
