Erenshor's v0.3 Patch is here! This patch is the biggest one to hit Erenshor since launch. It adds a ton of 'alternate progression' to the game in the form of your Guild and your Reliquary.

2/2/26 post-release Hotfixes:

  • Group Window is now movable again

  • Tool tips no longer bug out on 4k resolutions

  • Asking a party member for invisibility while they were already casting a spell would cause a script to fail and their name to bug out in game. This is fixed as of 5pm EST

  • Lowered aggro on all Reaver Spells, and increased the Aggro multiplier on taunting stance to allow for DPS Reavers to avoid aggro a bit better without hurting Tank Reavers.

GUILDS:

  • Join or create a guild

  • All new characters are placed in by default

  • Compete with

  • Invite your friends - those familiar with you will join quickly, those who aren't may want to group with you first. Get loot, share XP, and make friends.

  • Compete for “Guild Rank” by building a roster and winning world target races

  • If you're in the Top Ranked Guild you'll enjoy better "loot rolls" and chances to find Sivakruxes, Planar Stones, Rare Drops, etc.

  • Prep for raids!

  • NOTE: Previous Guild Tags "Hatty Cats", "Make my Dei" etc were all placeholders and stored no data. Because a SimPlayer was in that guild previously does not mean they will still be in those guilds.

  • Guilds will naturally form and populate over time.

REAVER:

  • New class - 2h or 1h + shield melee bruiser

  • New lore, quests, and items

  • Class Vendors in Stowaway's Step, Willowwatch, Hidden Hills, Port Azure

  • Play as a tank or DPS

DUELISTS:

  • Renamed to “Windblade”

  • Early-Mid game damage buff

SERVER POPULATION

  • Players can increase server population on Admin Panel on main menu

  • Increase to add Reavers. Recommend a minimum of 180 total.

RELIQUARY:

  • A player controlled hub in Port Azure. Talk to or kill Reliquary Guard to get the key

  • Buy furniture in Port Azure Market

  • Turn in Blueprints to the Furniture Vendor to unlock new buyables

  • Many furniture icons are placeholders

INVISIBILITY:

  • Arcanists can learn Invisibility. They can cast it on your group - there is a new UI button to ask for it.

  • All mobs (except Port Azure Guards) randomly roll a chance to "see invis", and some mobs see through it by default. Move cautiously!

SIMPLAYERS:

  • Can now answer questions like “Where does X spawn” or “Where does Y drop?” or “Where did you get that ring” in Say or Whisper. Guild can also answer questions in /guild. This text parser is very "WIP"

  • The lower level limit for adding players to your group has been removed. You can bring any SimPlayer lower level than you to any content you want.

  • Use "/setname Name" to rename your SimPlayer friends!

OTHER:

  • New buttons on top right of UI - "Guild Manager" and "Lock / Unlock UI"

  • Fishing is now auto-recast as long as you don't move and have inventory space

World and Systems

  • In-game GMs now exist and roam the world

  • In-game prison added for breaking rules (togglable)

  • Character guild creation enabled

  • SimPlayers form and join guilds and invite the player

  • Guilds now appear in /who

  • Hide Helmet option in Player and SimPlayer inventories

  • Added Population slider to the server admin panel to allow for more or fewer SimPlayers in the world - Increase this to add some Reavers to your server

  • UI can now be locked / unlocked for moving

  • Added a “Vertical Offset” camera option in options menu

  • Cast bar can now be re-positioned with "lock / unlock UI button"

  • The bank now has nameable tabs

  • “/players” still works to see local players in your zone, however /p will autofill to “/party” (group chat). You can type just “/” to see local players.

  • Healing supports “Heal through” so healing a hostile target will heal its target. If your target has no target, it will heal the caster.

  • Limited stacking of movespeed debuffs on NPCs, they cannot be brought to a complete stop via snares etc.

  • Fishing is auto-recast now as long as you don't move and you have inventory space.

Spells

  • Paladin taunt can now be cast while moving

  • Added “Invisibility” spells (Arcanist, level 10). Added a new button on the group commands window to ask for Group Invis.

    • When using Invis, (c)onsidering enemies tells you whether your invisibility is effective against them or not.

  • SimPlayers more wisely choose spell casts in certain situations

  • Healing value messages are now on the Combat Log and not the Social Log

Guilds

  • All previous guilds are reset: Hatty Cats, Make My Dei, etc are now gone and Guilds are rebuilt from scratch

  • All new Characters are automatically placed into Erenshor’s Young.

  • Players can create their own guilds (limit 4 player guilds ‘per server’ at this time)

    • Invite SimPlayers to your guild. They want to ‘know’ you first, so take them out XPing if they aren’t sure. Awarding them loot they want helps too.

    • You can /friend then to lower the threshold to join

  • Guild UI added

    • View current guilds

    • Click through to see rosters

    • Invite SimPlayers directly

  • Guildmates can issue guild quests requesting help for obtaining specific items

    • They prefer to be present when the quest item is acquired

  • Guildmates will ask for advice in guild chat

  • Expanded global guild dialogue

  • Guilds are ranked on the server. Highest ranked guild will get a bonus chance at loot drops including planar stones, shards, sivakruxes, etc.

    • Rank calculation: Roster Strength (your top 15 only) + world achievements

  • Periodically, “The Spirits of Erenshor” will challenge guilds to race for a target. Winner gains rank.

  • is an antagonist guild that will not group or associate with you

Quests

  • Players who have joined Ripper will find a new Questgiver in her keep. This NPC does not appear until you’ve turned in Kilkay’s ear.

  • New quests in Port Azure slums (Reaver themed - any class can do it)

  • New “Bonepits Quest” in Hidden Hills for Reavers (at the tents)

  • Port Azure furniture vendor will take any blueprint you find and begin selling that item

Reliquary- In Port Azure near back gate

  • Customizable space for Players

    • Can host portals to world locations

    • Can find furniture and collectibles to display for buffs and utility

    • Can summon your guild to the reliquary at any time

  • Can “town portal” to and from without losing your place in the world

    • Your exit portal returns you to where you came from when you leave

  • Host banks, stores, respec locations, and more in your Reliquary

  • “Account Wide” (Persistent between all your characters)

SimPlayer Behavior

  • SimPlayers answer questions in /say, /shout, and /guild regarding items, quests, mob locations (WIP)

  • SimPlayers now auto-join your group upon arriving at your location and no longer run off if you take too long

  • SimPlayers may send a tell to alert you if they’ve been attacked while traveling to your group

  • SimPlayers are more likely to group together organically in the world

  • SimPlayers will now leave their existing groups and join yours without requiring multiple invites

  • Groups of SimPlayers are more likely to camp established camp spots instead of flooding zones

  • SimPlayers in your group will wander around a bit and reposition themselves while idle

  • Reduced frequency of lone, reckless SimPlayers charging solo into high-end zones

  • Use /setname on a SimPlayer to rename it (does not work on pre-written SimPlayers)

  • “Friended” SimPlayers will always load into game, despite server population settings

  • You can now ask SimPlayers about their gear (via say or whisper) e.g.: “Where did you get that sword?”

Combat and AI

  • Low health aggro behavior added - low health players will more easily attract attention

  • Enemies will now flee combat and seek help if:

    • They are alone

    • Below 12 percent HP

    • Not undead

    • Not a boss

  • Bleed damage is now capped at 10,000 (Stormcaller)

  • New toggle in Group Manager to allow fear-kiting tactics

  • Added “Fear” spells, causing opponents to disengage and try to escape. Some enemies are immune to fear.

  • All mobs have a 30% increase to HP pool

  • Higher level mobs are more likely to “shake off” status effects and DOTs before their full duration completes

  • NPCs now have a “stun cooldown” and cannot be chain stunned for the entire duration of a fight. This does not apply to Dazzle or other ‘sleep’ spells.

Items

  • Druid added to Garg Wand

  • Druid’s Astra weapon (Eternox) is now classified as a Wand with a ranged attack

  • Abyssal Shell, Backplate, and Assassin’s Bane now have on-character models

  • Reaver exclusive weapon now dropped by Astra

  • Fixed coloring and model selection on multiple items

  • Rune of Azure is now Rune of the Winds (Windwashed Pass)

  • Braxonian Fossils can drop "Crystallized Balance" (also a very rare world drop) - an item that will bring down all Guild Rankings, allowing for a "catchup mechanic". Players in the top guild will not be happy if you use it.

Classes and Abilities

  • New class: Reaver

    • Multiple stances focused on tanking, aggression, and aggro generation

    • Damage-over-time abilities

    • Melee DPS combined with magic

    • Gains buffs as HP is lost

  • Duelist class renamed to “Windblade”. No major mechanical changes

  • Windblade gets early & mid-game power bump through passive damage increases and earlier Dual Wield skill availability

  • Cleave and Stun Strike are no longer restricted to 2H weapons

  • New Druid spell: Ensnaring Roots

    • Level 21

    • Sold in Fernalla's Revival Plains

    • Applies a movement speed debuff

Audio

  • Soundtrack now fades in and out from time to time, making music less repetitive and allowing zone ambience to carry more weight (Toggle-able in options)

  • New ambience in many locations

Buttons

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where player was not alerted if they chose a name that was taken by a SimPlayer

  • Fixed issue allowing ascensions to be added to blank slots

    • Also cleans up previously added empty ascensions

  • SimPlayer hair and skin colors are now consistent across sessions

  • Druid Ascension "Critical DOT" now works properly

  • Tons of bug fixed and other adjustments

  • SimPlayers will now properly display hair and skin colors and hair styles and be consistent between sessions

  • Fixed a notable “Hitch” when opening and closing Group Builder

  • Optimized loading screens to be faster and smoother

  • Player no longer “bounces” into falling animation when running down hills

  • Fixed a bug where “Trick Shot” would spawn free trick targets if auto attack was on, but your target was out of range.

  • Windowed mode players will now have consistent window-sizes when launching the game. Previously, you’d have to resize it every launch if you manually resized it or put it into a monitor zone.

  • Fixed a bug on SteamDeck where the cursor would start out over the “Exit Game” button, and trigger it on the “Press Any Key” screen on startup, creating the illusion of a crash

  • Fixed a bug that would sometimes stop skill hotkeys from properly triggering

  • Fixed a bug where trading an item to a simplayer would suddenly cause NPC nametags to appear through walls

  • Fixed a bug where item info cards could appear off screen
