Echoes of Eclipse changes
We’ve got a fresh update for you and this one should make your runs feel noticeably smoother and a bit more fun to experiment with. Here is what we’ve been cooking.
Performance and Optimization
First big change: enemy rigidbodies are gone. This takes a huge load off the physics system, so the game won’t freak out when the screen gets busy. Your FPS should feel a lot happier now.
We also slipped in a few extra optimization tweaks just to keep things running clean.
Localization
Good news. A new localization system is in place. This means language support is going to get much easier moving forward and more players will be able to enjoy the game comfortably.
Leaderboard Glow-Up
The leaderboard now shows which character and weapon everyone used. So yes, you can finally spy on the builds of the people sitting above you. Steal their ideas. Outplay them. The usual.
Skill Buffs
Some skills were feeling a bit too shy… so we gave them a confidence boost. They should perform way better now and open the door for more fun builds.
Difficulty Options
You can now pick from three difficulty levels. Maybe you just want a chill warm up, maybe you feel like suffering a little. Either way, you have options now.
UI and Icon Touch-Ups
We polished a bunch of UI elements and icons to make everything look a bit cleaner and easier on the eyes.
