We are a small and relatively inexperienced independent development team. We truly lacked thorough planning and sufficient foresight in launch preparation and handling unexpected issues. For this reason, every bit of your understanding, every patient feedback, and even your candid criticisms mean a great deal to us and have deeply touched our team.

V1.1 Update Preview

【New Features】

1. Sect Wars / Encounters

  • Sect Wars: Players can challenge other sects, invade their territories to expand influence and power, capture disciples and seize supplies. We aim to faithfully recreate major sects (e.g., Wudang in future updates); minor sects will be redesigned using save data submitted by players.

  • EncountersWild random encounters may occur when raiding other sects or gathering supplies outdoors. This is an all-new unique gameplay mode, stay tuned.
  • A world map will also be introduced.

2. Diplomacy System

  • Players can conduct diplomacy with other sects, set diplomatic policies, trade and exchange resources. They may request aid when attacking or being attacked; enemy sects may also receive allied support.

3. Jianghu Events

  • Random special Jianghu events will occur, including ambushes, gifts from martial artists, uninvited guests for meals, martial arts exchanges, and more.

4. Revamped Martial Arts

  • We will reorganize each sect’s martial arts styles into synergistic combos with distinct sect identities. Martial art breakthroughs will feature new surprises: talented disciples may unlock new effects or variants when upgrading skills. For example, some Dragon Palm attacks deal standard damage, some apply poison, others stun, and more.

5. Random Resource Generation

  • Resource spawns will be more randomized. Players can use custom seed values or share resource seeds to obtain abundant resources.

[Experience Optimization]

1. Construction System Optimization

  • Minor building optimization updates will be released before v1.1, including: Move Building, Replace Foundation, Merge Foundation, Adjust Foundation Height, etc.

  • Trading Zones will no longer be bound to Post Stations; players can build them freely.

2. Difficulty System

  • Current overall difficulty is too low. Late-game lacks challenge for veteran players who master skills and content deeply. Multiple difficulty levels will be added to let challengers take on greater tests and casual players enjoy relaxed settlement gameplay.

3. Work Zones

  • Added zone work schedulingdisciples and puppets will only work and carry items within assigned fixed zones.

4. Mountain Drum

  • When rung, disciples gather near the drum; unresponsive disciples and puppets assemble and standby in shelters until the drum stops.

5. More Decrees

  • More policies will be added, such as Truce Policy, Boosted Martial Training, Construction Bonus, Farming Bonus, etc.

6. More Buildings

  • Theme-fitting buildings will be custom-made to improve sect scenery. Player-made buildings inconsistent with the theme will be co-created with mod authors and added to the Workshop.

7. Expanded Disciples / Quests / Martial Arts

  • Continued expansion of recruitable disciples, diverse quests, and martial arts techniques.
