Device Stores

Today I’d like to introduce a new and improved feature coming to the PC version of Devices Tycoon — Device Stores.

Some mobile players may remember this mechanic from the mobile version. Now, you won’t just open new stores — you’ll also upgrade them and even change their design.

Opening New Stores

You’ll be able to open multiple stores at once, either in a single country or across several countries. However, maintaining stores comes with ongoing costs, so expanding too quickly can negatively impact your finances. Don’t rush into buying too many stores at the same time.

My Stores

You’ll be able to view detailed information about your stores. Running stores costs money, and you’ll have access to detailed expense statistics for each store (utilities, employee salaries, operational expenses, etc.).

If you decide that maintaining stores is no longer profitable and expenses significantly exceed income, you’ll be able to sell one, several, or even all stores in the selected country.

Store Statistics & Upgrades

After opening a store, you’ll gain access to statistics showing expenses (utilities, employee salaries, operational expenses, etc.), income, and customer visits for each country. To increase customer flow and improve the percentage of visitors who make a purchase, you’ll need to invest in store upgrades.

Store Design

One of the newest features coming to the game is the Store Appearance Editor. You’ll be able to customize every part of your store’s exterior and interior, including tables, shelves, floors, walls, signs, decorations, and more.

As your store level increases, new visual options and layouts will become available, allowing you to build more advanced stores that can handle a higher number of customers per day — at a higher maintenance cost.
