Additions
Add English spoken audio to all dialogue lines by ELAIN and HIGGS

Fix minimap issuing a move command to a location near the center of the screen when pressing the right mouse button, moving the mouse a tiny bit then releasing the button
Fix minimap showing a coordinate near the center of the screen instead of where the mouse is while dragging with the right mouse button
Fix "Buildings Built" milestone wrongfully including walls, foundations and gates
Don't allow placing two resource nodes next to each other with multiple Virus Duplicator in the same simulation tick (i.e. after pausing)
Fix for the Reforming Core component to work with the large, non-integrated Re-Simulator component
Show health bar of docked unit in inventory slot (instead of health of the garage building/unit)
Fix for trilobyte consume losing some rewards for some late game items
Fix Lua error getting logged when a bug enemy is damaged by a missile launcher whose unit has been destroyed since firing
