New Coral Maze biome & Level shop

A lot of stuff here in this update : -reimplemented the level shop. It is now in the demo after you beat the first boss, and you can unlock bonus levels by paying stars.

With that done, I'm ready to start making more levels for the Coral Maze. I'm really happy I managed to rework and improve stuff related to menus (I so hate working on menus). And I'm also happy the shop is finally back (yes, it was in the demo at some point) and shows this shopkeeper character who's been on the game's key art for about 3 years already.
