Dead Spell changes
Fixed performance issue with floating enemy health bars
Reduced time for Quest particle effects to update from 3s to 2s
Fixed issue with fps drop while having a target selected
Adjusted physics quality for NPCS to improve performance
Fixed chat bubbles not disabling properly based on distance for optimization
Fixed performance issue with spell action bar
Reduced the spawning time for each group member into world to improve performance for loading world and new zone
Fixed issue with enemy spawns that was causing massive performance issue when entering game and entering a new zone
Optimized player movement logic
Reduced non essential enemy spawners in Dark forest to improve load times
Reduced amount of group NPCs that spawn in Dark forest from 250 to 150 to improve load times
Improved performance for main log and combat log windows
Removed water swimming particles for now to improve performance, will be added back at a later time
