Cup and Counter: Coffee Shop Simulator changes
This update brings significant fixes and improvements to the tray system. The most critical one is the problem of the tray getting stuck in the player's hands. This should now be resolved.
Additionally, you can now place a plate down onto a tray, and then place a food item onto it. The plate and food will get placed down together rather than as two separate items.
Significantly more work has been done to improve the behavior of the employee system. They will be more strict about when they decide to clean items, which should prevent them from mindlessly cleaning perfectly fine completed drinks.
We are continuing to work through all the reported issues, and hope to have another update for you within the next 12 hours to continue getting on top of some of these issues.
Waiters' clean-up sequence is now stricter on when it decides to clean up certain items. Full cups are ignored unless it is at the end of the night during clean down.
Waiters will no longer attempt to clean up jugs that you are utilizing. The lockup has been hardened so another employee can not use it unless it's been washed and placed down with nothing in it. This should stop them from taking something you are working with
Sleeping will now eject any items you are holding from your hands.
Introduced additional guards to the tray to prevent it from getting lodged in players' hands.
Improved the poor user experience with placing down a whole tray
Fixed only half the takeout container being interactive
Rebound the USE key back to E and rebound the rotate right to R.
Fixed an issue with the tray system where if you placed a plate down on it, and then a cake onto that plate, it would eject the cake separated from the plate. They will now leave as a whole.
Fixed the ability to place furniture on top of rugs.
Sink will now only remove the dirty look off of a mug or plate once it is truly clean. If you released your mouse too early, it could look clean when it actually was not.
Furniture dealer will now warn you if you try to hand over an item that is not packed up.
