I want to also address a few controller issues where a/b for dialog advancing are swapped. For anyone with the issue, disabling auto steam input in the controller settings before starting the game will fix this. The next update will have this automatically handled as well. I'm amazed after a year since EA launched that bugs are still popping up. Good news is they are on the rarer side and will be addressed like any monster tamer; Full force.

Solaris Town Build

Solaris's first town build will have a giant battle tower, similar to the arena but deeper mechanics for the end game players. (similar to Pokemon Battle towers)

Marriage and Romance

It was and still is my intention to add deeper NPC gameplay, allowing players to date and marry other select NPCs and have them join you on your farm. Let me know who you want to flirt with! Marriage will not be gender bound but will have "heart events" that determine how you want to move forward. Join our discord and let me know what you want to see.

Multiplayer

I have been wishy-washy on this subject but after reading a few user comments, I do believe taking the extra time for multiplayer will be a net positive no matter how absurdly hard it is to implement. I have always stood by making Chronomon for the player and by the player. This will absolutely push 1.0 back but I just know it will be worth it. PLEASE let me know what specific multiplayer features you want to see and help shape what you want from Chronomon.

  • Monster info in battles now show if a monster is holding an item - Fishing channel: Tuesdays feature rare fish, where to find them and how to get them

--- Other Changes ---

  • Missing translations

  • Shops no longer open menu if the merchant is too far away

  • Beezap element 2 changed to insect -> both drop zynther instead of honeycombs

  • Stalking monsters will now check steps to spot and not engage if more than 15

  • Some eyes not showing when fishing looking south

  • Farm debris spawn chances changed to include a better variety

  • Mining life skill Drop down level and Refining now implemented

  • Night monsters now give 2x increased EXP gain

  • Night monsters are strong only when the player is in control

  • Boss EXP multiplier increased from 1.25 to 3

  • Mons can no longer learn the same move twice

  • Palmshore shopkeeps not interactable

  • Interacting with farm monsters shows energy and hunger in info pop up

  • Item selling cost no longer shows up if you haven't sold it before

--- Bugs ---

  • Restore purchase button not updating properly (for odd purchases, promo codes)

  • Register button showing for non premium accounts and in settings before starting the game -> also causing data loss when trying to register before starting the game

  • Some collisions missing inside towns

  • Undisclosed item duplication bug

  • Recalling monster as live battle initiates

  • Random night encounters sometimes spawn unrelated weak chronomon

  • (Rare) Area pop up is small after sleeping then exiting quickly

  • Monster attack animation moving them at start of battle to different location

  • Running from multiple monster back to back causing soft-lock

  • Mines sometimes staying lit for a few seconds when entering

  • Trainer battles sometimes summoning mon into objects/walls

  • Camera in PVP sometimes making background all black

  • Battle camera not waiting for mon to stop moving before setting zoom level

  • Ladder spawning off center when live battling in the mines

  • Seeds not using sometimes -> Farm perk LV 10 not activating properly

  • Certain trainers not leaving the battle and turning off instantly

  • New farm debris not setting to current season sprite

  • Foragable debris on farm not loading back in

  • Grass in museum changing with season

  • Palmshore boss getting stuck in cutscene if skipping dialogue too quickly
