Blackout - Early Access changes
Changes:
Fixed infinite stacking damage bug with AB1-BoostedMag.
Made AB1-BoostedMag Cooldown start after all BoostedMag bullets are fired.
Updated lights in Parthenon & Carnival areas to not cast Dynamic Lights (should improve performance when in or looking at these areas).
Fixed text not correctly updating in the Win Screen.
Changed stat numbers in the Death Screen to Gold to match the Win Screen.
Added Timer Stat to the Win Screen.
Echo Bullet now requires you to hit an enemy to spawn.
Added more blocking volumes to out-of-bounds spots around the map.
Fixed a bug where running out of ammo (mag & reserve) would not let you swap weapons.
Lowered Brightness of AB1-BoostedMag skull fx on weapon.
Various other fixes.
