Deploying a possible fix for a rare but reoccuring bug where certain units can get stuck in their animations. If you're still getting stuck, make sure to send a bug report! Typically, going to the main menu and loading back in should get you unstuck.
This update will NOT clear your in-progress runs from Update 6 (Patch 0.11.0) and forward.

Changes and Fixes
Reduced the fade in time animation when hitting Begin New Descent
Reduced the unlock requirement on Experimental Lantern (Guild)
Debaser has slightly more health, applies slightly more barrier, and has slightly higher attack power against the Lantern
Fixed an issue where Cleanse required a target and didn't properly remove debuffs from all friendlies
Fixed an issue where spending Favor or Runes from an effect wouldn't trigger the Tithe Bonus (erroneously, it could only be triggered from paying the cost for cards)
Possible fix for an issue where Bell Maiden and Purifier would situationally get stuck in their animations
