Hey everyone, I wanted to give you a quick update on how it's going with Steam Deck support and controller functionality. As of today, we're officially Steam Deck Verified. What does that mean, exactly? It means we've passed the verification review with Valve and they've given it a green mark across the board:

What does this not mean? It doesn't mean we're done with controller support yet; As We Descend currently still requires touch controls for much of its functionality. We have good news on that front, though, as we've made steady headway on controller support and we'll share more with you when controller support at large is functional in the game and ready for playtesting.
This is a worthy milestone for us at about 1 year into the early access, and I hope you're enjoying the game whether it's at your PC or on the Deck.
