I haven't been able to get an update through for a couple weeks, just some weird things going on with my Steam account that are now resolved. Good news, now there's 2 weeks worth of update in this, uh... update.

addedAs I sat there debugging the difficulty complete badge, taking the transport myself over and over, I thought of each and everyone of you. I felt your tears, the suffering, the... shear amount of time wasted... and I added a skip button .
addedIn my quest to add more visual progress and goals, I've made it so in the mission select menu you'll see how many levels can be unlocked and how to unlock them. 🔻Randomized Lockdown Events
removedThe Lockdown Events have always been random, when a level loads it would randomly pull and remove from a list of event types, and the list repopulates when empty. Problem was that if you're destroyed in the first lockdown it already assigned the other lockdown types to the other Lockdown Events in the level that you'll never reach. TLD... Lockdown Event types are now selected and removed from the event type list only when you enter them.

🔻New Weapon: SAPO-GL

A devastating grenade launcher, throwing bouncing projectiles until they explode. Great for any hard to reach places. Find it in the Depot. 🔻New Utility: NULL PROJECTOR

Emits a massive wave that destroys all projectiles it reaches. It also damages enemies based on proximity. It's probably a little too epic. Find it in the Depot. 🔻Skippable Mission Launch

🔻Locked Mission Selection Levels

The Lockdown Events have always been random, when a level loads it would randomly pull and remove from a list of event types, and the list repopulates when empty. 🔻Miscellaneous Updates

  • Waste Management: Rebuilt and restructured Seymour (Boss). Long over due.

  • The CognateFixed invisible platforms... 97% sure.
  • The CognateReworked Unknown 303 spawn area. I think it's cooler now.
  • The CognateAdded Railsythe enemy trap, and cleaned up the other traps as well.
  • Story Levels Orphanage and Dumpsite 51 now have Depots at the end of them.

  • In the mission select menu, completed difficulty badges now work.

  • Lowered Mission Level dialog frequency.

  • Ammo and Shield Cell Pickups now show up in the correct position, in front or behind player.

  • Fixed some code with the water volumes, removed the darker water line left from the waters post process affect not being setup with the water waves themselves.

  • When trying to sell the Sidearm at the depot, the dialog has returned.

  • Reworked all Weapon firing screen shake.

I've decided to leave the game at $15 for a while longer. Eventually I'll increase the price, but it's just not sitting right atm. So if you pickup Arksync, put an extra $5 in your gas tank for me!
