This patch is only a part of our planned Citizen optimization effort, so there will be more.
1.0.15 patch notes:
Optimized Citizen movement calculations by parallelizing them. A city with 700 citizens on AMD 5900X at max game speed goes from 17FPS (59ms per frame) to 25FPS (40ms). Per frame, folks.
Occasionally check if stand-on nodes haven't changed so Citizens stop sitting in water
The game will keep searching further if Citizen fails to find stand-on nodes nearby
Unassign workers from buildings in Danger Zone™ if Danger Mode© is activated
Tweaked turbine colliders - improves their selection
Don't allow leisure and education in flooded buildings (after many complaints our school have received from the enraged parents)
More checks to prevent people joining after All Has Fallen
Pipes now take storage capacity into account
Fix repositioning buildings over previous positions sometimes crashing the game
Ignore non constructed buildings during pipe neighbor check - fixes pipes unintentionally interacting with buildings under construction
Add food to fuel/metal wind turbine/thrift stand sounds
Increased default max Camera Zoom distance. Add minimum camera zoom-in distance (because turns out nobody wants to do that in the Settings)
Add Camera movement and rotation smoothing. Add settings to tweak
Made Camera Drag by View direction the default setting, instead of Horizontal Plane
Always allow focusing camera with middle click - now if no building is under the mouse pointer, water position will be used. Improve middle click responsiveness

Notify dirty buildable when buff changes - more responsive buff UI when new buff is applied

Make leisure producer dirty after charges are taken from it, so it can continue producing them - fixes some buildings getting stuck and not producing
Fix crash on Undo
Fix loading saves getting stuck
