AI Roguelite changes
Enhanced character details
Additional character details such as personality, background, and relationship to current character will be generated if a character has been mentioned enough times in the story. This will be presented as a confirmable icon; it can also be manually triggered at any time by going into the character sheet and pressing “Generate details”.
Take control of party members
Click “Take Control” to convert a follower into a playable character with their own attributes, skills, equipment, and inventory. A message will remind you you’re currently acting on their behalf, and if you open your inventory or character panel, you’ll see the currently controlled character’s info rather than the main player character’s info.
Character sheets
A new character sheet UI helps track new character fields, and also includes an equipment/inventory display where you can drag/drop between their inventory and the current controlled character’s inventory.
Item transfer
Added an API / event check for transferring items between characters.
UI Changes
Improved look and feel for many buttons and icons, and some background colors
Improved aesthetics of the map by changing from a color overlay to a color border
Enabled drag-and-drop for moving things from inventory to equipment or to a character sheet’s inventory or equipment.
Editing UI improvements
Click on some text to edit it directly. This works for the bottom-right story view, most fields in the Character Sheet, the story editor, and a few other places.

Improved ability image prompts
Fixed Sapphire TTS playback having long pauses
Fixed Unified mode bug where some API entries weren’t included in conversation history
Fixed unified bug where all story metric positivity/intensity were wrongly prompted to range from 0.0-1.0 instead of 1-10
Tweaked duplicate detection to allow spawning entity with same name but different type, or one which was in the list of destroyed entities on the same turn
Fixed bug where unified mode could block a critical event triggered by status bar
Fixed issue where newlines in text inputs were rendered as vertical tab characters
Fixed dying again during death turn in Unified mode
Improved Unified mode location plausibility prompting (special thanks to tonechild)
Better error messaging for unreplaced variable in prompt
Better prompting for spawning location via mentioned_location
Added option under Gameplay Options to allow certain actions such as switching equipment/abilities during encounters
Improved tendency to follow player instructions when using the “Spawn entity” feature
Added logic for lore/keyword triggering of inventory items which may not have otherwise been included in context
Fixed lore/keyword triggering of nearby entities that got pushed out of context
Fixed some unified event check follow-ups missing story context from 1-2 turns ago
Fixed bug where custom TTS male/female voices would sometimes disappear
Fixed graphical flashing effect when transferring items
