The test rolls on, and your ideas and feedback haven't let up either. As usual, let's have a chat — and here's the bug-fix progress from these past few days.

A: Our goal has always been to put the PVE player experience first. The fact that players can currently damage each other or exploit mechanics to haul off supplies — those rough spots are essentially rule loopholes or bugs, and we'll fix them all once this PT wraps up. Remember: the real enemy of the wasteland is the zombies, not the survivor beside you.

Q2: Can you add a "no NPC interaction" or lock toggle to containers like fridges and liquid storage?

A: We'll keep improving NPC-related interactions, so your supplies are truly yours to control.

Q3: Can you add a transmog/outfit system with a separate fashion slot? Right now appearance is tied to equipment.

A: It's coming next time! So you can both fight hard and look good in the apocalypse.

Q4: Can the cap on recruitable NPCs be raised?

A: It actually can — level up your Charisma stat and you'll be able to recruit more NPC companions.

Q5: Towns feel a bit samey and there isn't much pull to explore — could you add world events / Boss horde gameplay?

A: A horde is a great idea! We'll get performance polished up first, then bring it into the wasteland — and trust us, it'll give you plenty to fight.

Q6: Can water dispensers be refilled or have a water cycle? Can we build rainwater collectors?

A: On it! Survival features like water cycles and rainwater collection — we'll make sure to add them next time.

Q7: Can you add language-based channels (like a French channel) so non-English players can team up more easily?

A: Yes — we'll gradually roll out voice channels so survivors of different languages can squad up smoothly.

Bug Fix Progress

✅ Fixed

  • Main quests getting stuck / not spawning enemies / unable to reset; OBS / stream-capture black screen

🔧 Confirmed, fixing

  • Stuck in terrain / clipping, character (special infected) invisibility, loot-refresh anomalies / claiming, vehicles vanishing, frame drops / performance degradation, CPU overheating, zombie AI / death-detection, audio loss, frame rate not capping, etc.

📝 Logged, scheduled

  • Training screen freezing, territory / building bugs, combination & door lock failures, light / generator power failures, weapon damage not applying, dying on login, etc.

🌐 Network-related

  • Server crashes / connection timeouts, stuck at 100% loading on a black screen → mostly network-environment issues; please check your network or switch nodes and retry

🔍 Investigating / TBC

  • Settings not working, save / item loss, UI freezing, trunk issues, etc. can't be reproduced yet; the rest are being checked one by one
