XECUTER changes
Bug Fixes (General):
Dialogue starting on the second text box when talking to NPC’s again.
Player not taking damage from Johnson’s rocks and explosions.
Player not taking damage from grenades' explosions form grenade droppers.
Saved data can be carried between save file after exiting back to the menu and selecting another file.
Menu Left and Menu Right buttons were not being reassigned properly in the menu settings
Addresses FPS drop in Ocean Stage (Related to bubble particles in the sea).
Stage select platform activation is not being assigned correctly to the “climb up” key
Johnson, Wilson, Bounty, Shane, and Crain being marked wrong after beaten on save file.
Armor disappears on player when using Crain weapons.
Boss Cutscene progress button not properly assigned on modified keyboard controls.
NPC dialogue progress button not properly assigned on modified keyboard controls.
Spring jump button not properly assigned on modified keyboard controls.
Not proceeding to the Mettrex Stage 2 after beating Mettrex Stage 1 boss.
Plop sound effect from Glob Poper and Ploppy Bomber not assign the sound audio option.
Chest Select sound effect not assign the sound audio option.
Game difficulty getting reset to zero when loading a file.
Jump pushed the player down in the quick sand pit.
Clock Fryers are not getting destroyed instantly when health is at zero.
Drill Walker Heads did no damage.
Color switch, Laser, Trapdoors, Double Jump and Spring SFX not assign the sound audio option.
Miniboss Health Bar still on screen after mini boss is killed off.
Bug Fixes (Collision):
Wall Clipping can occur involving releasing left or right keys near a wall.
Can Dash through boss doors.
Can clipping into walls by dashing and double jumping into a ceiling spikes.
Golden Drill Mechs will fall through the floors.
Fixed Collision in the upper area of the Powerplant, and certain sections in the sea in Ocean Stage.
Removed Invisible Collision over trapdoors in Construction Stage.
Can clip into the floor by jump next to a quick sand Pit.
Can jump into ceiling with turning gear platform underneath it (Be performed in Factory Stage).
Player and Wave Bomber can clip into ceiling into 2 block spaces.
Clip into walls while on moving ladder that goes by walls.
Claw arms can still present after Crain dies.
Clip into ceiling in morph ball with moving platform moving up from the edge.
Resolved Issues:
Wheeler missing score and explosion upon execution.
Removed broken tiles at the end of Mettrex Stage 1.
Fixed Deck Fence Tiles in Mettrex Stage 2.
Replaced Debug Chest with Rarity Chest in Construction Stage.
Removed Checkpoint platforms below first Truck in Construction Stage Part1.
Fixed broken tiles in Powerplant.
Powerplant - Removed death blocks in small room in upper area.
Stage select left and right buttons were swapped.
Death Barrier and invisible walls were added to desert stage
Giant Drills not doing damage to player in pipeline stage boss.
Crain getting stuck after performing wall grab move.
Octopus Miniboss didn’t shoot projectiles in Ocean Stage.
Qol Improvements:
Added Remapping for game controllers.
Optimized written code for Chests.
Settings configurations save after closing the game and load upon relaunching the Game.
Miscellaneous:
Speed up Johnson’s walking animation.
Johnson now has a secondary rock crush attack. (Creates a wall of rocks).
Boss Health now increase over the course of the game (+10 for every main boss defeat).
Can now use the jump button to release the Crain weapon from the attached wall.
Revised Sea Bounty’s and Shane’s entrance before the boss fight.
Lowered Pitch of Brewery Music.
Update Charge for all hammer/mallet type weapons to be a giant hammer that swing in front of the player.
Clean up a messy and bland platforming section in Mettrex Stage Part 2
Replaced Crain’s crouch attacks with two different quad grab attacks (Makes the Crain Boss fight more challenging when he’s at low health),
Add more frames to Sock em Bots punches in the Brewery Stage.
