WWII Online: Chokepoint changes

Coming up at this next playtest:
M1A1 Thompson rebuilt and ready for US Squad Leader(s).
M1A1 Carbine rebuilt and ready for US Fireteam Leader(s).
Weapons now fire correctly at long distance shots.
Bullet dispersion now working appropriately.
Doors and gates have been re-implemented for La Fiere.
Dry fire bolt animation on M1 Garand fixed.
Rebuild spectator mode, now works and exits properly.
Prone players no longer hear everyone's 2D sounds.
Players no longer have double footstep audio.
Currently in development:
Reintroduction of the Gewehr43.
Reintroduction of the MP40.
Vaulting/Mantling (jumping over objects).
Server administration panel.
Reintroducing the map, "Carentan."
Server-side cleanup / optimization.
