Greetings, warriors! It's time for our weekly development progress update.

Wretch: Divine Ascent changes
First, what we've been busy with lately — the Seasonal Mode is about to enter testing (barring any unforeseen issues, it should be next week).
Unlike regular PvP battles, the Seasonal Mode will feature unique out-of-game elements and season-specific rule mechanics that change each season, adding a fresh twist to combat.
The first season's mechanics won't be too complicated — we want players to get started quickly, and we're eager to gather more feedback on the Seasonal Mode for continuous improvement.
We're hoping the seasonal system will create a lot of fun synergies — some interesting enhancement rules could lead to strong chemistry in gameplay.

Second, development of the new character is nearing completion. We'll begin sharing detailed introductions next week.
Here's a little hint — this new character wields a two-handed heavy weapon, delivering slow but powerful strikes.
The upcoming Seasonal Mode test and subsequent new character test will still be available to all players who already own the game via the test branch. Once the exact dates are confirmed, we'll announce them immediately.
