  • Maps
  • UI and audio
changedCRISES • Flashpoint crisis cards now only demand your response when your nation is actually a party to the standoff. Previously a faraway flashpoint (e.g. a Kashmir crisis while playing Albania) could pop a "weigh your nerve" decision card that had nothing to do with you. Distant flashpoints still appear in world news and on the map — they just no longer ask you to act in a conflict you're not part of.
changedWORLD MILESTONES • Great-power milestone cinematics now include a plain-language line explaining what the moment actually means for that country. The evocative title stays, with a clear, straightforward subtitle beneath it — so milestones read clearly instead of feeling abstract.

Thanks as always to the community for the sharp, specific feedback. Validated across multi-nation 50-year soak tests.
