Regime Identity — the game now names what kind of state you've actually built, read live from your record: regime type, civil liberties, nationalism, militarism, press freedom, and term limits.

  • From "Liberal Democracy" through "Hybrid Regime" and "Authoritarian Presidential System" to a "Fascist-style One-Party State." • The strongest label is earned, not handed out — it only appears when an authoritarian/totalitarian state is ALSO committed ultranationalist and militarist (the textbook fingerprint). • Crossing each line — authoritarian rule, a one-party state, a fascist-style regime — is recorded as a milestone in your Chronicle and flows into your shareable saga. • See it on the Constitution screen under "Regime Identity," and watch it change as you govern.
