A smaller update today that focuses on how quests are obtained, tracked, and complete. The next series of updates will be smaller in size mainly focusing on a single feature each, bug fixes, visual overhauls, and gameplay improvements. Here are today's additions and revision. Have fun!
Added a proper quest sytem.
Added 3 quests.
Added UI popups for when quests are obtained, advanced, and completed.
Added quest rewards.
Added prerequisites for certain quests.
Added new icons and icon colors for all inventory items.
Shrinked the size of the hotbar
Rebaked occlusion.
Fixed the opening quest triggering immediately.
Fixed flags not rendering.
Fixed area pop ups appearing when NPCs wander into that area.
Of course as the quest system has just been formally implemented you can expect one or two bugs but nothing (hopefully) game breaking. The quest UI in the journal is still incredibly bad and outdated but will be updated in the coming updates. Our next update should hopefully focus on adding new enemies, new quest UI, quest tracking, and most importantly an update to the flora of the world.
