Wildcard Tournament Update + Dec 26 Preseason Open

Hello Wild Ones, we wanted to share a clear update on tournaments and next steps.

Dec 26: Second Preseason Open

The second Wildcard Preseason Open is coming Friday, December 26, with up to a $2,500 prize pool.

This event is part of our preseason testing as we finalize systems and prepare for the official Wildcard Tournaments launch on January 7. Huge thanks to everyone helping us stress-test, break, and improve the format.

Dec 19 Results & Leaderboard Update

All scores from the December 19 tournament have been verified, and final placements are currently being processed.

• The final leaderboard will be updated once processing completes

• Updated results will be visible tomorrow, link to come.

• Payouts will process in early January alongside our first payout window

Scoring Fixes & Fair Play Enforcement

After reviewing Dec 19 match data:

• We identified scoring issues and are finalizing fixes

• We also found instances of collusion and match manipulation

• A number of matches were invalidated, and those changes are already processed

Tournament enforcement decisions are made at the discretion of tournament organizers. We won’t adjudicate individual cases publicly. If you believe something still needs review, please submit a support ticket.

Looking Ahead

The Dec 26 Preseason Open will reflect updates informed directly by real player data from last week. Our goals remain to:

• Reduce exploitative patterns

• Improve match quality

• Make results clearer and fairer
