👻 Demo v1.06 released

Hey Ghost Hunters! 👻

I’ve got a new update for you! This time we’ve added some cool new features, gameplay improvements, and important bug fixes. Try everything out and remember to turn off your flashlight inside lockers… 😈

✨ Features

• Toggle Flashlight: Press LSHIFT to turn your flashlight on or off.

• New Ghost AI: The ghost can sense your position if your flashlight is on during a hunt. It can even catch you inside a locker!

• A female character is now available under "Gender" in the main menu.

• In-game Pause Menu: Now accessible with Escape.

• AddedRanking SystemNew rank images + the main menu now shows the required level for the next rank.

• Skip Endscreen: You no longer have to watch the end if you don’t want to.

• Quality of Life: An indicator now shows whether the flashlight is on or off.

• Ghost anomalies no longer always appear in the same spot.

🔄 Changes

• Max level of demo version raised from 5 to 10.

• Max rank of demo version raised from bronze to silver.

• Improved camera position inside lockers.

• Player is no longer forced to stop when an artifact drops from an anomaly.

• Player is no longer forced to stop when the analyzer result window pops up.

• The ghost now has creepy footsteps, helping you track where it’s coming from.

• Tutorial improved, including info about the flashlight toggle feature.

• Quit Game button in the pause menu is now protected by hold-to-confirm, so you don’t accidentally exit the game.

• The number of anomalies is now fixed and depends on the difficulty:

  Easy: 8, Normal: 10, Hard: 13, Nightmare: 16.

🐛 Minor Changes

• Bugfix: Video settings are now correctly saved and loaded on startup.

• Bugfix where you could receive too much tip money.

• The table with bottles on it now has a collider.
