addedNew Tab in Hunter Network: Artifacts. Document all artifacts and get rewards.

Big Changes:

Changes:
All new features in the Hunter Network will be marked as NEW! for a while until they are known in the community.
Fixed some looping spots.
Added new whispering sounds for the ghost.
