changed0.4 release date & Beta testingSo we are currently less than 2 weeks away from 0.4 coming out, and as such, we decided it is a good time to increase our beta players list.
added0.4 release date & Beta testingOur beta program is mainly meant for us to get earlier feedback from some of you before the official releases, and not so much to find bugs (although you do find some that we miss, and for that we are thankful). If you are interested in joining the beta (which, by the way, also means you get access to future beta releases), just fill out this small form , and if accepted, you will be notified. The only requirements are to be in our Discord (for easier communication) and to own the game.
addedMultiplayer sneak previewIf you don't want to be spoiled for content coming for the 1.0 release, this is the time to hit back and wait. We won't be offended if you don't read our post. Keep in mind this is a preview of ongoing working new features, so the final product might look different (and most likely will).
changedMultiplayer sneak previewIf you missed the previous posts, we already showed you Plunger gun https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/3293260/view/512987452523152496 Security https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/3293260/view/519741583516501162 ]But there is still so much to show you, and we know one of the features that most of you are anxious about is the multiplayer. And since we are talking about comms, let's talk about how comms will work in multiplayer. Chat will be via microphone, and it is location-based. Which means if your friends are too far, you might not hear them. Unless.... Introducing the Megaphone. This bad boy lets you be heard from a far distance (or a close one if you are having a battle with that friend of yours that keeps playing the trumpet behind you). Steam post imageStill not enough? How about having the voice of god and being heard everywhere with the announcement mic at the entrance lobby? Steam post imageAnd yes, both systems have filters so your voice will sound like you are indeed using a megaphone or one of those announcement mics you hear in venues. And those aren't all the sound filters we have in-game. Without spoiling too much, let's say water might have some interesting effects. Keep an eye on our socials to check some of these with sound since Steam doesn't allow videos in the news posts :( If more physical communication is your style, we also have some things planned. And of course, there is always the old technique of tossing something at someone to get their attentionSteam post image
addedMultiplayer sneak previewAs we get close to the release, we will carry on revealing more of the new features. Thanks for all the support and for the motivation to carry on trying to make the best game possible

AMA with the devs
Steam post imageWe also decided it was a good time to have an AMA. Got a question you want to ask our team? Join our Discord today, and both Travis, Co-Founder and CEO of CayPlay Studios, and Patrik, Lead Software Engineer behind Waterpark Simulator, will answer them. The AMA is happening at 6 PM UTC today (29th of April) in our Discord We will try to get a recording out as soon as possible but it might take some time so if you are impatient to hear it, join us today.
