VonGarland Castle : Beyond Blood changes
*Merchant shops now will update/change based on what chapter you are on(not every chapter change triggers this)
*added a bunch more achievements
Steam post imagefor any Super Metroid fans, there is now a "Save the Animals" achievement, I won't spoil it, but I will say it is acquired during the obligatory self-destruct sequence that is in all RE and Metroid games and thus must be in this game lol
*made Fowler boss register damage correctly
*you should now be able to complete the game. I still plan to add more changes into the ending part, but the rough-cut SHOULD be working lol
*beating the game in 2 hours or under earns the S rank
which will give you the Phaze-Brake gun & the Ada Wong costume when starting new game + (the outfit will be in the boat when you start new game +)
Beating the game in 2.5hrs or under will earn the A rank which gives you just the Ada Wong outfit.
regardless of your rank you can start the game over in NG+ which will start a new game but you will keep all your weapons & ammo. they are placed into the item crate. you also get to keep all the costumes you unlocked and the gun upgrades you made to any range weapons
*I've been playing Metro Gravity (its super cool you should check it out / wishlist it :)

*and I reached out to that games dev and they were cool with me adding a Stephanie(the main character from his game) costume. so now there is a hidden Metro-G costume in the game :)
*also added a harlequin costume (the hat makes jingling SFX when you run when equiped)
*I made it so you can only have one of any range weapon at a time, for example if you already have machine gun in your inventory or in the crate you won't be able to pick one up if you find it or buy it from the store. going to boost the selling price of upgrading weapons soon as well
other fixes and changes over the past month or so :
*on normal mode traps stay triggered/ no longer respawn on load.
*thunder sfx lowered and is now effected by main SFX control
*Sword range & damage slightly boosted
*added new room across from mirror room / updated region map with new room.
*added a few more hidden fragment sacks and small keys within the castle
*fixed bug where automatic guns could get locked into shooting.
*breaking free of grab switched back to X button to fix issue with Xbox trigger button making it super hard to tap out.
*also added languages to the tap X to break free message
*lots of objects & enemies SFX have been lowered/improved along with other audio adjustments to the master mixer, so things should be a little better on the ears, still work to be done on that front tho.
*fixed bug of ship captain not being on deck at game start.
*I believe I fix the issue with the shop stopping you from entering the sell menu *weapons and ammo added to warehouse and and warehouse password is now hidden in castle
*fixed some of the issues with way-points working before they are unlocked
*you can now zoom in/out on the way-point map using RB/LB
*fixed bug with Steam Knuckle not dropping after blood knight boss
*some of the psy powers now work if you unlock them, first one is Psy-Pull which will pull fragments to you without you needing to drag them yourself. then Psy-Blades, Psy-Sword & Psy-Axe all "work" you can choose which one is active by pressing A while it is selected in the skill tree menu (assuming you have unlock it) you use the skill in game by pressing up+action button, but they cost fragments to use. Psy-blades follow you around and will automatically shoot neat by enemies!
I'll have proper descriptions for the skill menu soon
quality of life boosts!:
*you can now hold up/down to scroll quickly in all the pause menus
*you can now swap items between crate and inventory
*you can now move/rearrange items in your inventory, by pressing X to select the item, then pressing X again to put it in the new spot
*fixed bug with Spawn Spore triggering after it is defeated (I think)
*you can now find the mortar & pestle in the Plasmadine office
*added another small Key to the Diner.
The juke box in the diner now plays classic Vongarland tunes :)
