Void Phantom changes
CYBER‑HIVE OVERLORD – THE SUMMONER
A colossal biomechanical insect that doesn’t fight with its own claws, but with the endless swarm it births. Once a guardian of a forgotten digital ecosystem, now corrupted by the Void, it weaves legions of drone‑scarabs, mantis‑assassins, and shield‑mites from its own shattered carapace.
Boss Encounter – The Summoner
This towering insectoid construct hovers silently above the arena, its multifaceted optic sensor glowing with malevolent intelligence. It rarely engages directly; instead it floods the battlefield with a relentless stream of minions while sapping your life force from a distance.
KEY MECHANICS
Endless Swarms – Phase‑based summoning of scarab‑drones that rush you down while spraying bolts of corrupted energy. Higher difficulties spawn larger waves.
Living Barrier – Shield‑mites orbit the boss, projecting a hexagonal energy web that renders it invincible. Destroy them all to expose its core.
Elite Mantises – From Phase 2 onward, the Summoner dispatches hulking mantis‑constructs that charge, slash, and unleash shockwaves that curse your movement.
Devastating Spells – Soul‑draining tethers that steal your HP, wide‑arc curse blasts, and a rotating Void Beam that sweeps the arena.
Ritual of Annihilation – In later phases, the Summoner halts and charges a cataclysmic nova. Survive the countdown or be consumed.
Three‑Phase Evolution – At 60 % and 25 % HP, the Summoner transforms. Its aura darkens, its minions grow fiercer, and its rotation speed increases. In Phase 3, it can even resurrect itself once, rising with a fraction of its health for a final desperate stand.
Adaptive Difficulty – HP totals, wave sizes, and attack probabilities scale with the game’s difficulty setting. Masters of evasion and crowd control will find their true test here.
Defeating the Cyber‑Hive Overlord rewards you with the legendary “SUMMONER CORE” weapon, a chance at void shards, tablets, spin gems, and a place in the boss‑killer leaderboards.
Will you dismantle the swarm, or become another husk in the Void?
