changedYour mission is to take control of a small settlement near a railway station. This strategically important transport hub must be secured, which means clearing the area of enemy forces. To achieve that, you'll need to capture the enemy headquarters located at the far end of the map and then hold your ground against a large-scale counterattack.
addedEvery captured flag generates resources that can be used to call in reinforcements. Some flags also unlock access to specific support units.
changedThe more positions you control, the more options become available on the battlefield.
addedThis makes the order in which you capture objectives an important tactical decision. What matters most right now: additional resources, a fortified defensive line, or access to heavy equipment? It also adds replayability to each battle. The route you choose and the objectives you prioritize can significantly change how your assault unfolds.
addedI'd also like to mention that many maps in Victory Banner will support multiple game modes. In future updates, I'll continue introducing new locations and showcasing different types of battles fought across the same battlefield.

Back to regular development news posting! Game development is in full swing, and today I want to clear the fog of war a bit and introduce our first map for the Capture game mode.

Your mission is to take control of a small settlement near a railway station. This strategically important transport hub must be secured, which means clearing the area of enemy forces. To achieve that, you'll need to capture the enemy headquarters located at the far end of the map and then hold your ground against a large-scale counterattack.

The headquarters is heavily fortified, supported by vehicles, and defended by a reinforced garrison equipped with a variety of weapons.

On your way to the objective, you will encounter key strategic points marked by flags. All of them are currently under enemy control, but capturing them will turn them into vital staging grounds for your offensive.

Every captured flag generates resources that can be used to call in reinforcements. Some flags also unlock access to specific support units.

For example, capturing certain objectives may allow you to deploy tank units, mortar teams, machine-gun crews, or various types of vehicles to support your offensive.

The more positions you control, the more options become available on the battlefield.

Once captured, these positions can be fortified. Around each flag, you'll be able to dig trenches, place sandbags, lay mines, and build anti-tank obstacles.

Properly prepared defenses can make all the difference when the enemy launches its counterattack.

This makes the order in which you capture objectives an important tactical decision. What matters most right now: additional resources, a fortified defensive line, or access to heavy equipment? It also adds replayability to each battle. The route you choose and the objectives you prioritize can significantly change how your assault unfolds.

I'd also like to mention that many maps in Victory Banner will support multiple game modes. In future updates, I'll continue introducing new locations and showcasing different types of battles fought across the same battlefield.
