Veterum changes
Localization fixes for German, French, Ukrainian, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, and Turkish languages. Due to a technical error, one of the translation files was truncated, which led to a critical crash. We sincerely apologize for this issue!
Fixes:
Fixed a rare bug where the defeat screen wouldn’t trigger if all player units fled or died while allied units were still present on the battlefield.
Other Changes:
Configured the Linux version for seamless compatibility with Steam Workshop.
Minor tweaks and fixes.
Controller Support Added! We plan to implement full controller remapping options in the future. For now, the layout is as follows:
Mouse Emulation:
Cursor Movement: Left Analog Stick (smooth mouse pointer movement).
Left Click (LMB): [A] Button / Cross / Button 3 (select, confirm, click UI buttons).
Right Click (RMB): \ Button / Circle / Button 2 (display unit or object information).
Mouse Wheel: [L2] / [R2] Triggers (scroll through lists and inventory).
Key Emulation:
Esc: [START] / Options Button.
Ctrl: [Back / View / Select] Button.
Additional Commands:
Cycle Units: [L1] / [R1] Bumpers (previous / next unit).
Precise Step (Combat): Right Analog Stick (snaps strictly to the hex grid: up, down, and diagonally).
Move Camera (Combat & World): [D-PAD] (pan across the map in all directions).
Next Unit with Attack AP (Combat): [X] Button / Square / Button 4.
Cancel Unit Movement (Combat): [Y] Button / Triangle / Button 1.
