(BETA BRANCH) HOTFIX: Patch for language settings not saving

Players reported that language preferences were not being carried over in saves and had to be selected again on each run. This hotfix preserves your localization preference in saved games.

changedImportant note: When you first launch the updated version, the game will check your save for a stored language preference. Since older saves do not contain this information yet, the game will default to English. This is normal.
changedAfter you select your desired language and overwrite the old saves, they should correctly preserve your language choice.
